Old Boys' Association Football Club is a sports team based in the southern New Zealand city of Invercargill. The club was founded in 1959. They are occasionally referred to as Invercargill High School Old Boys, the name of an earlier team which was prominent in the 1930s and 1940s, of which Old Boys' are in some ways a re-formed version.
From 1970 to 1974 the club was part of the short-lived combined Invercargill City team, and from 1988 to 1991 was part of Southland United. The team is now one of the nine feeder clubs for Southland Spirit Football Club.
Old Boys' is a regular entrant to the Chatham Cup, recording its best season in 2009, when it reached the last 32 stage of the competition. It currently plays in the second division of the FootballSouth League. The team has won the Southland Region's Donald Gray Memorial Cup on six occasions, including the treble of wins in 2009,2010 and 2011.
